Ramón González, after creating one of the most successful companies dedicated to mussels in Galicia, began to import Chilean mussels for the European market more than 15 years ago. He soon made the decision to expand the business he had in Spain in order to process his own "chorito" in Chile. Then Pesbasa was born.
